By contacting us, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
DIS Ventures is a referral service based in Australia. We are not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or credit provider. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between you (the "Prospect" or "you") and independent third-party brokers or lenders (the "Partners").
What We Do: After an initial phone consultation with you, we assess your needs based on the information you provide and aim to match you with suitable Partners who may offer relevant products or services (e.g., loan options). This matching is based on general criteria and is not personalised financial advice.
What We Do Not Do: We do not provide loans, guarantee approvals, negotiate terms on your behalf, or act as an intermediary in any transaction. All decisions, contracts, and dealings occur directly between you and the referred Partner.
No Guarantee of Match or Outcome: We make no representations or warranties that a suitable Partner will be found, that any referral will result in a successful application, or that the services offered by Partners will meet your expectations.
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a resident of Australia (or otherwise eligible under Australian law to seek financial products).
Provide accurate and complete information during our phone consultation.
Not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from entering into financial arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our Services at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
1. Initial Contact: You contact us via phone or our website to express interest.
2. Phone Call: We conduct a brief phone call (typically 10-15 minutes) to understand your requirements. You agree to provide truthful information about your financial situation, goals, and eligibility.
3. Matching: Based on this conversation, we may refer you to one Partner we believe may suit your needs. Referrals are made via SMS, email, phone, or direct handover.
4. Post-Referral: You deal directly with the Partner. We have no involvement in the application, approval, or fulfillment process.
5. No Obligation: Referrals are non-binding. You are under no obligation to proceed with any Partner, and we receive no direct payment from you for the referral.
No Charge to You: Our Services are provided free of charge to Prospects. We may receive referral fees or commissions from Partners for successful introductions, but this does not affect your dealings.
Partner Fees: Any fees, interest rates, or costs associated with products from Partners are determined solely by them and disclosed in their terms.
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during communications.
Review all Partner terms and conduct your own due diligence before proceeding.
Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) and anti-money laundering regulations.
Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect the referral.
No Financial Advice: Our Services do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Referrals are based on general information and should not replace professional consultation.
No Warranties: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of referrals or Partner services. Partners are independent entities, and we do not endorse or guarantee their products.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIS Ventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:
Delays or failures in matching.
Outcomes from Partner dealings (e.g., loan denials, unfavorable terms).
Loss of data or privacy breaches by third parties.
Our total liability shall not exceed AUD $100. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). During the phone consultation:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for eligible complaints.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
